Il Borro Tuscan Bistro

We worked with the Dubai-based Orange Hospitality Group, owners of the successful Il Borro Tuscan Bistro within Jumeirah Al Naseem.
Off the back of record numbers, the group decided to expand internationally, starting with London. After devising the parameters for them, we agreed that Mayfair was the best-suited location despite having limited availability.
This was challenging and required a proactive approach and thinking outside the box. We learned that the famous Nobu Berkeley Street, which had been on the street for 15 years, was undergoing a lease renewal. We then engaged with the landlord to ascertain that, subject to vacant possession, there was a window of opportunity.
After a few rounds of negotiation and a trip to the original Il Borro on the Salvatore Ferragamo estate in Tuscany, we agreed on the terms and finalized the deal off-market on a new lease basis. The site is approx. 10,000 Sq. Ft. with a 3 am license.

Arcade Food Hall
Riyadh, Saudi Arabia
We were appointed by Arcade Food Hall to advise on their global expansion. They had created an innovative take on the food hall which had been well received by the London market with an amazing design and experience led concept.
With a second food hall in the pipeline within the iconic Battersea Power Station we got to work on what the global plan should look like. We agreed that KSA would make a suitable outpost owing to their fast-paced growth, development and commitment to a new F&B landscape.
Given the team’s experience in the market and working a number of KSA-based hospitality groups, we reached out to the group in particular who were in the process of building a new flagship mall.
There was space within the mall allocated to create a 40,000 sq. ft. site so the nature and timing made complete sense. We agreed terms and closed the deal within a swift period and the site is currently under construction.
