Consumer Behaviour Shift
UK diners are scaling back on dining-out occasions — particularly higher-priced, family-oriented meals. Notably, 46% of consumers reported plans to reduce dining frequency, which has directly impacted hotel family-meal traffic and event-catering volumes.
